Exchange Policy

At Reshaam, every garment is produced in carefully considered quantities. We encourage you to review the product details and size guide before placing your order.

No Returns

We do not accept returns on products purchased from Reshaam.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund or store credit due to a change of mind, preference, colour choice, fit, or any other non-defect-related reason.

Exchanges

We accept eligible exchanges for size only.

An exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, the garment must:

  • Be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Show no signs of perfume, makeup, stains, damage or wear.

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Reshaam.

How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us at reshaam600@gmail.com / 7003050847 within the applicable exchange period and provide your order number and requested size.

Once the request is approved, our team will provide instructions for sending the garment back.

We will handle all the shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from the product ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the product.

Once verified, Reshaam will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Damage caused after delivery through improper handling, incorrect washing, wear and tear, or failure to follow the garment's care instructions will not be treated as a manufacturing defect.

Colour & Natural Silk Variations

Silk is a natural fibre, and subtle variations in weave, texture and surface character may occur. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.

Such reasonable variations are part of the character of natural textiles and are not ordinarily considered manufacturing defects.
