Order Cancellation Policy

At Reshaam, every order is carefully prepared and checked before dispatch. Please review the following policy before placing an order.

Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will not ordinarily be accepted.

Cancellation by Reshaam

Reshaam reserves the right to cancel an order where necessary, including due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, delivery limitations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Reshaam cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

For an approved refund, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days through the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for details on refund processing.
